Big Day for Young: Swats 5 Hits Monday, August 30th, 2021 Wyatt Young did a number on the Redskins in the Medford 15-10 victory today, and the number was 5. The Aviators second baseman banged out 5 hits in 6 at-bats at Redskins Stadium to lead his club past the Festus Redskins. "I felt good in the batter's box today," he said later. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Wyatt Young singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
