Injury Sidelines Petrushka for Season Wednesday, June 24th, 2020 Jordan Petrushka has to call it a season. The Blennerhassett Hurons first baseman learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 06/20/2020 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a torn posterior cruciate ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 9 months. The team will likely place Petrushka on the injured list today. So far this season Petrushka is hitting .273 with no home runs, 3 RBIs and 1 run scored. He has 6 hits in 22 at-bats and a .273 OBP. |
