Playoff Bound: Minot Secures Wild Card Tuesday, August 31st, 2021 Minot Sluggers fans had reason to rejoice tonight, as the team is heading to the OLL Rookie League playoffs. With a record of 47-16, Minot is guaranteed a spot in the postseason, although it remains to be officially decided whether or not that's as East Division champions or in a wild card position. "We have fantastic fans and it feels good to give them something to cheer about," said shortstop Estiven Machado. "Hopefully there's a lot more celebrating to come." |
