Red-Hot Rampage Reaps OR Reward Monday, July 26th, 2021 So far in his young career, Luis Medina has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the OLL Rookie League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 18-year-old Huntington Beach Black Bears center fielder hit at a torrid .517 clip as he collected 15 hits in 29 at-bats, 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Presently Medina is batting .331 and has collected 7 home runs, 23 RBIs, .396 OBP and scored 21 runs. |
