Leonardo Batters Edmore Big Time Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 Iverson Leonardo was unstoppable, but the Montana City Sox were not. Despite his hitting heroics at Sox Ballpark today, the Sox lost 8-7 to the Edmore Golden Hawks. Leonardo battered Edmore for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His only consolation will be a boost in his batting average and a brief mention in the record book. Leonardo just shook his head after the game, telling BNN reporters, "It's the team with the most runs that wins, not the most hits." Iverson Leonardo tripled in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, walked in the 10th, walked in the 12th and hit a solo-shot off Carmen Mlodzinski in the 14th.
