Top OA Pitcher for 2021 Named Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 Luis Frias of the Anchorage Wolfhounds is in the spotlight today. He was acclaimed the best pitcher in the OLL Class A and will be honored with the 2021 Pitcher of the Year Award.
