Postseason Bid Ends for Colorado Springs Sunday, August 29th, 2021 It's the better-luck-next-time point of the season for the Colorado Springs Armadillos. The club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today, and will turn their attention to next year's campaign. "You know, the average player doesn't get that many seasons, so every time you're eliminated, it hurts," said Armadillos left fielder Spencer Torkelson. This is the 2nd time in a row that the Armadillos have missed the playoffs.They have yet to make the playoffs in their history. |
