5-for-6 Game for Carroll Saturday, July 24th, 2021 Corbin Carroll of the Mt. Horeb Steeldogs outhit everybody on the field today at Steeldogs Ballpark, but it was all for naught. Even as Carroll personally tore up the Colorado Springs Armadillos with a 5-for-6 day, the Armadillos were sending his Steeldogs down to a 15-10 defeat. Corbin Carroll singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. This season Carroll has delivered 19 hits in 47 at-bats for a .404 average with no home runs. He is getting on base at a .462 clip and his totals also include 4 RBIs and 6 runs scored.
