Connor Van Scoyoc Sidelined for Season Monday, July 5th, 2021 When Tulsa reliever Connor Van Scoyoc was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Lancers-Corsairs game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Van Scoyoc had sustained a damaged elbow ligament and will be out for about 12 months. Van Scoyoc has gone to the hill for 34 relief appearances this season, nailing down 2 saves while notching a 3-4 record with a 3.05 ERA. The Tulsa reliever has limited opposing batters to a .256 batting average. |
