Young Fires 4-0 Shutout in Corsairs Win Thursday, May 20th, 2021 Kyle Young of the Chula Vista Corsairs was masterful today, pitching a 2-hit shutout, 4-0, against the Ontario Beavers. By going the distance, he was at the same time able to give his bullpen a rest, a fact appreciated by Chula Vista manager Joe Tullock. "It's nice to have someone who can do that from time to time," he said. "He had command of every ball and every pitch. Great location, too." Young had 7 strikeouts and 1 walk in the outing.
