Wolfhounds Advance to World Series
Anchorage Wolfhounds fans are rejoicing after a 4-3 win at Pearl Grounds has propelled the club to a 4-1 League Championship Series victory over the Pearl Ports.

With the win, the club advanced on to the World Series.

"Total team effort, that's the only way we get it done in this one," said Anchorage catcher Henry Davis, who was named series MVP.

The Anchorage Wolfhounds will play against the St. Armand Mammoths in the next round. St. Armand won their series against the Akron Chippers 4 games to 0. The World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
