Archers Prevail, 7-5, Over Austin
|
Baltimore and Austin duked it out and the Archers came out victorious.
The Baltimore Archers topped the Austin Murder Hornets by the score of 7-5, with the largest share of the credit going to shortstop Javier Baez. Baez went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Archers. The winning pitcher was Max Fried. He tossed 88 pitches over 5 innings, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits. Emmanuel Clase earned his 11th save in 17 chances.
