LF Belen Receives 3-Game Suspension Sunday, July 5th, 2020 La Fayette left fielder grossly misbehaved in yesterday's Green Sox-Chicks game at Green Sox Ballpark. He earned it by aggressively challenging a called strikeout with the home plate umpire. As a result of his inappropriate conduct on the field, the league commissioner has given Belen a 3-game suspension. Thus far in 2020 Belen is hitting .130 with no home runs, 1 RBIs, 3 runs scored and has compiled a .310 OBP. |
