Shreveport Beats Wichita 3-0, Vodnik Ks 15 Saturday, June 27th, 2020 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Victor Vodnik, the Shreveport Flying Squirrels topped the Wichita Power today by a score of 3-0 at Power Stadium. The 20-year-old Vodnik brought his top game to the mound, striking out 15 batters while allowing 1 hit and giving up 2 walks. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Power manager Ryan Burton said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes." |
