Star of the Week Awarded in OS A Monday, August 30th, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the OLL Short Season A, but last week Buddy Kennedy of the Amarillo Mud Hens reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Kennedy rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (12-for-24), 3 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. In his season totals Kennedy has 13 home runs and a .270 batting average. |
