Big Bat Pays Off, Robinson Player of the Week Monday, July 19th, 2021 21-year-old Christian Robinson made a few Sunrise Manor headlines during this past week as the rookie right fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and OLL Short Season A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 22 at-bats to put up a .500 average. Robinson collected 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Robinson on the season is hitting .295 with 5 home runs. His stats include 13 RBIs and 13 runs scored. |
