Veen Hits in 20 Straight Games Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020 The hot bat of Honkers right fielder Zac Veen continues to churn out hit after hit, game after game. His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 20 games after he went 1-for-4 in today's 4-0 loss to the Werewolves at Honkers Ballpark. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Zac Veen flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th and singled in the 8th. So far this year Veen is batting .287 with 4 home runs. |
