Labas Gone for Season in North Salem Monday, August 30th, 2021 AJ Labas will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the North Salem reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Labas was injured while throwing a pitch in the Tsunami-Alliance clash at Oakland Grounds recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 8 months. This season Labas has earned 3 saves, tossed 67.1 innings, made 41 relief appearances, fanned 65 hitters and posted an ERA of 6.15. Teams are hitting .255 against him. |
