OAA's Star Player Named Monday, August 23rd, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the OLL Double A, but last week Luken Baker of the Bonham Anglers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Baker rocked opposing pitching for a .444 average (8-for-18), 3 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. In his stats this season, Baker has posted a batting average of .279 with 68 hits in 244 at-bats, 21 home runs and 55 RBIs. He has also scored 42 runs, walked 30 times and compiled a .365 OBP. |
