Season Over for Paul Sewald in Mobile Thursday, August 5th, 2021 Doctors in Mobile said Paul Sewald might not play anymore this year. The Red Foxes reliever suffered shoulder inflammation during a game against the Lexington Silver Wolves and will be out for at least 7 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. For the season Sewald has made 29 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 6-2 won-lost mark and a 3.16 ERA. In pitching 42.2 innings, he has totaled 66 strikeouts and 11 walks. |
