Vail's Bitsko Will Miss Season Thursday, August 5th, 2021 When Nick Bitsko was hurt against the Atlanta Hurons, the Vail Colt 45s were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 19-year-old starting pitcher suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Bitsko would miss 9-10 months of the season. On the season Bitsko has 3 wins and 10 losses and a 5.00 ERA. |
