Clayton Andrews has to call it a season. The Raleigh Generals reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Alden Crosscutters and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Andrews was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 10 months.

Running the numbers on Andrews for the year, he has made 18 relief appearances, recorded 10 saves and compiled a 1-1 won-lost mark with a 0.47 ERA. In pitching 19 innings, he has totaled 27 strikeouts and 4 walks.
