Colstrip Blanked by Creasy Thursday, September 9th, 2021 Before the game, Jason Creasy said he liked his chances. His instincts proved to be right. In a superb outing at Ballpark of Oxnard, the Baycats pitcher whitewashed the Colstrip Privateers 3-0. "I just had a feeling it was going to be my day," Creasy said in the clubhouse afterward. "My control was awesome. I could throw my slider even when I was behind in the count." The Oxnard starter held Colstrip scoreless, giving up 4 hits while registering 11 strikeouts and issuing 1 walk. "We didn't have very many good at-bats," Privateers manager Phillip Wellman said in his postgame interview. "When that happens, you usually lose."
