Season Possibly Over for Brett Kennedy
Friday, August 27th, 2021
Brett Kennedy will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Colstrip reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Kennedy was injured while throwing a pitch in the Privateers-Mavericks clash at Ballpark of Modesto recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 11-12 months.
This season Kennedy has picked up 2 saves and posted a 6-2 record with a 3.42 ERA. He has 40 relief appearances, tossed 76.1 innings and struck out 116.
