Madison-Oxnard Fight Results in Suspensions Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 If there wasn't a history between Jared Triolo of Madison and Glenn Sparkman of Oxnard, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 5 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Triolo said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Checking out his stats for the season, Sparkman has notched 3 wins and 1 loss in 7 starts, 2.93 ERA and struck out 44 batters in 43 innings. |
