Sun Kings Dominate, Sweep Division Championship Series Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 The Ft. Worth Sun Kings have swept the Houston Musketeers and are on to the World Series. Ft. Worth won 6-5 today at Ft. Worth Ballpark of the Kings to clinch the Division Championship Series. "We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said Ft. Worth third baseman Jean Segura, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning." Segura won the award with a .438 batting average and a .438 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Ft. Worth Sun Kings will play against the Baltimore Archers in the next round. Baltimore won their series against the New Orleans Simules 4 games to 0.
