Players Suspended in Barracudas-Jumbo Shrimp Donnybrook Sunday, September 19th, 2021 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Mesa-Fresno contest at Barracudas Ballpark. The Barracudas Randal Grichuk and the Jumbo Shrimp Resly Linares will have to sit out 4 and 8 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. For the season Grichuk has hit .211 with 22 home runs and 60 RBIs. He has played in 138 games and scored 56 times. In 17 starts this year Linares has posted 5 wins while suffering 7 losses. He has pitched 113.1 innings, allowed 108 hits, struck out 120 and has a 3.65 ERA. |
