Indianapolis-Nashville Trade: Anderson for Parsons Monday, July 5th, 2021 In a hastily called press conference, Indianapolis announced today a trade with Nashville that will send 31-year-old RHP Nick Anderson to the Nightcaps in exchange for 23-year-old minor league SS Jeremy Pena and 25-year-old minor league RHP Tommy Parsons. All players are expected to be in their respective new cities in time for today's games. This year Anderson has chalked up 29 relief appearances, worked 37 innings, struck out 64 and issued 10 walks. He has 16 saves with a 2.92 ERA and a 2-4 won-lost mark. |
