The Ft. Worth Sun Kings are one game away from a sweep of the Division Championship Series after stifling the Houston Musketeers by a score of 2-0 at Ft. Worth Ballpark of the Kings today. Sun Kings right-hander Forrest Whitley had a strong performance. He threw 7 innings of shutout ball. Ft. Worth now holds a 3-0 advantage in the best-of-7 series.
Whitley delivered a quality start for Ft. Worth. The 6' 7" right-hander allowed no earned runs on 4 hits over 7.1 innings of work.
