Ragin Cajuns Upend Dust Devils, 4-3
|
The Memphis Ragin Cajuns topped the Tucson Dust Devils, 4-3, in Ottoneu Lockdown League action at Tucson Dust Bowl. The game was highlighted by the performance of Memphis pitcher Justus Sheffield. Dylan Cease got credit for the save for Memphis. It was his 1st of the year. Memphis has now won 3 in a row.
Memphis relied on the hitting of Sam Huff to pick up the win. The catcher clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Ragin Cajuns on top, 3-0. For the game, Huff had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Tucson manager mbickel97 . "The effort was great."
