Ramirez Pops Two Homers in 9-3 Win for Milwaukee
|
Getting offensive support from Jose Ramirez, the Milwaukee Milkshakes topped the Indianapolis Gearheads, 9-3. Ramirez hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Milkshakes. With the win, Milwaukee upped its record to 25-16.
Francisco Lindor, the 14th overall pick in the 2020 draft, aided the Milwaukee cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the third. For the game, the shortstop drew 2 walks.
"We'll enjoy this win," said Ramirez. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
