Good production from right fielder Rafael Ortega helped the Cleveland Spiders topple the Memphis Ragin Cajuns, 5-2. Ortega was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Spiders. Cleveland reliever Lou Trivino was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Colten Brewer. The loss drops the Ragin Cajuns to 13-15.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Ortega hit a cutter from Colten Brewer for a 3-run home run. The Spiders, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
"Winning is hard sometimes," said Spiders manager chy924 . "This one was nice to get."
