The Baltimore Archers topped the Austin Murder Hornets, 6-5, in Ottoneu Lockdown League action at The Hornet Nest. The standout performance belonged to Baltimore pitcher and Baní, Dominican Republic, native Luis Castillo. Scott Oberg earned the save, his 1st. Austin drops to 15-14.

An important at-bat for the Archers came in the top of the first, when shortstop Javier Baez stroked a 2-run double. That made the score 3-0 in favor of Baltimore. For the day, Baez went 1 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
