Brooklyn starter Brent Honeywell Jr. put a stranglehold on the Albuquerque offense. The right-hander had complete command of his changeup in leading the Sycamores to a 1-0 win. The win gives Brooklyn a record of 12-10.

Honeywell Jr. overpowered the Isotopes. The Brooklyn right-hander allowed 6 hits over 8 innings, while recording 10 punchouts. With the win, he is 2-1 on the season.
