Metro Stars Come Up Short at Milwaukee, 7-6
El Paso right fielder Ronald Acuna Jr. had a good game, even if his team did not. The Metro Stars dropped a 7-6 decision to Milwaukee at The Blender. Acuna Jr. went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The win for the Milkshakes lifted their record to 86-66.

Had Albert Almora Jr. not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Almora Jr. hit a 2-run single. That made the score 7-6, in favor of the Milkshakes.

"Winning is contagious," said Almora Jr.. "We're looking forward to the next game."
