The home crowd had a good time watching the Cleveland Spiders and Houston Musketeers get after it.

The Houston Musketeers trumped the Cleveland Spiders, 8-5, at Musketeers Ballpark. Houston second baseman Brendan Rodgers was terrific. He went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Rogelio Armenteros, now 5-1, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings.

Trevor Story, who is tied for 2nd in the OLL in runs scored with 100, came through for Houston with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the second. The shortstop went 2 for 5 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and collected 3 RBI.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Houston manager AussieDodgers .

With the win, Houston raised its record to 80-50.
