Yaks Win 4th Straight, Take Down Matadors, 7-5
|
New York second baseman Vidal Brujan was a significant contributor in his team's 7-5 triumph over the San Diego Matadors. He went 4 for 5 with a triple, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for New York. The winner in relief was Joe Palumbo. He is now 4-5. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings. Brandon Kintzler recorded the save.
