Archers Stumble, Lose to Metro Stars

The El Paso Metro Stars picked up a win at El Paso Grounds, knocking off the Baltimore Archers, 8-3. On the mound for El Paso was left-hander Asa Lacy, who played a pivotal role in the win. El Paso's record now stands at 38-50, placing them 8th in the Ottoneu Lockdown League Yelich Division.
In the bottom of the sixth, El Paso second baseman Adam Frazier had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Frazier stroked a 2-run single to left. It made the score 6-2, El Paso. For the game, he went 1 for 5. He drove in 2 runs.
